Distribution Policy
Basic Distribution Policy: A Recap
MOA members receive every monthly issue (12
per year). And except for early vintage (primarily wood wing) M20's. every U.S.
registered Mooney M20 owner is sent every other issue or some 6 per year bi-monthly.
In addition, MOA actively seeks all genuine future Mooney enthusiasts or owners who
have previously registered with us, as they are sent 3 free complementary
"open" issue as well. It is vital that MOA Members and Mooney owners at
large regularly check their contact data
with us here on-line to insure they receive their magazines.
Limited Time
Trial Membership Offering: March 05, '02
Upon request and for a limited time only, Mooney owners who report that they have not
received a any free or open issues will be sent a sample replacement copy directly from
MOA headquarters. This "N/C" offer is for one open issue only and for U.S.
addressed Mooney owners or for individuals actively engaged in purchasing a Mooney.
If you are a Mooney owner and have not been receiving your copies,
contact us directly via Email, FAX, or phone, provide us with complete contact data, the
same as requested on-line, along with accurate Email, "N number,"
etc.

issues are available directly from MOA at a cost of $5.75 each plus postage to Mooney
owners and for $2.50 each plus postage for MOA Members. |
MOA
Members:
MOA guarantees all MOA Members in good standing will receive our magazine as per the type
of membership agreement (print vs electronic) governing your status. For most U.S.
(print) members this means we assure you of receiving every printed issue, even if the
initial issue sent is lost by the post office, etc. If you are a MOA Member and feel
you haven't received a particular issue, please contact headquarters directly ASAP for a
replacement copy. Remember, we send your magazine to the last known address
for you and it is up to you to keep your data current with us.
 IMPORTANT: It
is your responsibility to keep
us informed with accurate contact information. While you can do this
automatically on-line, we recommend you also
either Email us, fax, or phone headquarters
(941-486-1770) as while this on-line process is accurate, it is not infallible and
besides, we poll our database for updates just prior to shipments and you may not have
made a specific "cut-off" date etc. for a current issue. |
Mooney Owners At Large &/Or Non-members:
While
we do make a reasonable effort to send every U.S. based Mooney owner 6 bi-monthly
"open or public" issues per year, this not a guarenteed suscription but is
"complementary only". We do not guarantee non-member Mooney owners a free
bi-monthly magazine each time our bi-monthly mailings are made.
While we do our best to see to it that our contact database is accurate,
we can not effectively guarantee each and every "non-member" will
receive each and every issue of the free or "open/public" issue sent out
bi-monthly 6 times a year. Our database is constantly being updated and we even go
to the extra expense of having the issues forwarded and we request to be notified of bad
addresses etc. from the Postmaster. However, once we provide our mail service
organization with our contact database just prior to each open/free issue being mailed
out, it is largely out of our hands. Occasionally, a non-member may not receive a
specific free open issue. It is important for all non-members to understand
that if we don't have accurate data on you, you won't get your magazine. Who
knows, maybe they get read by your mailman/pilot or get put up in the postal restroom
someplace... Note: Partnerships will only receive
one free magazine per aircraft.
If
you have problems with receiving any issues, the permanent solution is for you simply to join MOA where we guarantee our members never miss an important article!

Or
Failing that, if you do not join MOA and
do not receive a specific "open" or public issue please follow these
instructions:
1) Make sure we have
accurate contact data on you as it relates to your specific "N number"
Mooney.
2) If
you don't join MOA and do not receive a specific issue, you must
send MOA a self addressed oversize 9"X12" envelope with a minimum of $1.75 in
postage affixed, or
3) Call (941-486-1770) us with your CC and contact info, or send by U.S. mail to MOA
$5.50 (cash, check, or cc info.) for S&H for each current or back issue being
requested, and a short note with your accurate contact data including "N
number," model, etc., Please indicate which "open" issue you wish to
receive but haven't yet received, for whatever reason. Back issues will be provided
while supplies last or
4) Visit the open section of
our web site and download any or all of the free issues on-line via Adobe Acrobat 4.0
absolutely FREE.
Note: The on-line versions of the magazine are offered intact, or split into two parts
like pages 1-20 and 20-48 etc. Caution: The
average complete issue is a large file and can take 12+/- minutes to download on a typical
dial-up modem.

we urge everyone who desires the free bi-monthly issues to check their contact data on-line on a regular basis,
and see our web site often for additional information. |
Guaranteed Trial Membership Period For All New
Charter Members
In addition, MOA is now offering
a "Guaranteed Trial Membership Period." All new members who are not
completely satisfied for any reason can cancel within 90 days and receive a pro-rated
refund.
