Members Only MOA Security Notes

Please Read Thoroughly

We issue your unique MOA Membership Number or ID# (Example: MOA11285) automatically via return Email nearly instantaneously if you join on-line. You must have your MOA ID# to enter the Members Only Section, change passwords or retrieve lost passwords. Please write down and keep your ID# in a safe place. If you forget your ID#, you must contact us via email, phone, or fax in order for us to provide it to you again. However, we DO NOT typically issue passwords. You should pick your own unique password etc. and secret question (to help you remember your password should you forget) at the time you join MOA.

Note: If you join via U.S. mail, you must provide both a unique password and secret question along with your application. If you fail to do so, one can be assigned to you but it may take longer to process your application etc. and for you to gain entrance to the members only portion of the site.

Besides your MOA Id#, we provide two methods of security. One is a standard assword which you must select.

This unique password is case sensitive and must be no less than 5 digits or characters. We then ask you to reenter it a second time to ensure there was no typo. The second is a unique secret question and answer which only you will know. This will be used in the event you forget or lose your password. So, for your secret question simply think of a unique question and answer such as:
Sample Personal Question: "My mothers maiden name" or "Fathers first name", or perhaps "My favorite color"
Sample Answer: "Doe", "John", "Blue"

This secret question will be asked if you forget your password. You need only one simple question. Since you wrote the question, we assume that only you would no the answer. You must remember to answer it exactly, as capitalization and spelling must be exact.

int: Think of something unique and not something everyone would know about you, but something you won't forget. Try not to use something obvious like your N number or Mooney model #, etc.
